CENTAURI Technologies combines the unique processing capabilities of vapor/liquid fixed bed and batch reactors at pressures to 2000 psig and 600F on a commercial scale with the synergy of high vacuum batch and continuous distillation. With adiabatic and non-adiabatic fixed bed modes of operation, CENTAURI features flexible, multi-purpose fixed bed reactor production in addition to conventional catalytic batch slurry autoclaves. Distillation options are batch or continuous operations with multiple feed and sidedraws, high melt and heat sensitive handling capabilities, up to 60 theoretical stages and operating pressures from <1 mmHg to 75 psig. Additional capabilities include liquid-liquid extraction, in-series high pressure CSTR reactions, and low pressure flash unit operations.
